Not receiving close signal???

Hi all,I am following 2 signal providers on 3 different currencey pairs last week I had some trades open but when the provider closed the trades my trades didnt get closed out and I had to close them manually. I emailed fxstat support about this but got no reply.
I presumed my connection was at fault so set up a private VPS service. Yesterday one of my providers opened a trade and I got the open signal but when it was closed I never got the close signal and by the time I realised the trade had gone bad and instead of profit I had a loss.
Has anyone else had this problem of not receiving the close signal?
I cannot run fxstat untill this problem is fixed.
Your help is greatly appreciated

hmmm. I have used fxstat autotrading services for long time and now I am moving to managedbook. I never had issues with fxstat tradebook. In the start I had problems in connecting coz I didnt follow autotrading videos. But from fxstat side I never faced any problem. Your issue is of some other kind. You r connected and receiving signals. But you r not getting close signals. If you r getting open signal, you should be able to get close signal too. I hope other signal followers will also share their views.

Yes. Fxstat requires you to keep your mt4 updated. If u r not updating it, u might find problems in connecting or running fxstat tradebook bridge.

Thanks all for the replies,
I logged into my vps and it even though it said 'tradebook bridge running' when I clicked on a different timeframe it didnt connect so looks like it was partially frozen. I shut it down and restarted it and all looks good so have to wait for trades now to see if its working.

Do I need to do anything apart from restarting mt4 to update it?

Thanks to everyone for their input I think I figured it out I copied mt4 directly to c drive and then installed the bridge there.
I reinstalled mt4 last week and didnt notice the folder had changed pretty silly but i'm just glad its working now.

lol yeah a mistake by me but like I said just glad its working
The VPS im using is ultrahosting I just got the lowest 'package' which according to them is enough to run 1-2 instances of MT4.
For 3 months it cost $63 which I thought was pretty cheap hope this helps.
Fingers crossed I have no more problems

Yes. They have specially designed vps packages for forex users. I have never used them so cant say how they perform. I hope they will not freeze :)
Good luck.
