Two times I had problems with the Fxstat bridge.In the first months it worked well.Then it stopped to work for some days.Then it worked well again.Until 2 weeks ago when it stopped to work.

I wrote to the support the exact error message I got in the MT4.They answered that someone would investigate the issue.Time passed and the problem was not fixed(still waiting).So I had the idea to upload the stats manually.But only after that I discovered that if you do that your account gets not verified and there is no way to get back to the previous state of verified account even if I would run the Fxstat bridge(which I prefer,hopefully working).Frankly I do not understand why it is not possible to get back to verified account unless one starts new stats(with a new account eventually).

It is possible to delete account and then add again, I think.

Sometimes it happens due to unavailability of latest mt4 on ur pc. Fxstat bridge works with latest versions only. In rare cases the real problem remains unknown. 

I think uniquetrader is right that deletion of account and then readdition will solve the problem.

Thanks for the insight.I might do that if they don't fix the problem.They are very slow in supporting.

Custom date error occures when full history is not selected because I have faced similar error in past.. But as u said that u r selecting full history from ur mt4, then it is unknown error. I hope fxstat support will help in this issue.

Now I have deleted the previous account.I have created a new one and am updating it with Mt4 publisher.But I see no performance in my profile.A new mistery.

Finally the account was readded but the problem of verified account not solved.Very strange.I can't understand that.I think this industry has a long way to go.

Is everything updated? I mean the mt4 and the fxstat bridge versions? Also have u attached ur fxstat bridge to mt4 and then launched it as written in instructions?

Yes,everything is updated as  it always was.The statement is fully history updated but you website says it is not.Very strange.If you use the manual uploading(beacause,strangely,fxstat bridge is not working on your account), you lose the verified account status.Very strange.And then,I wrote several times to the support and I received no answer.Amazingly weird.
