I am a long term trend and swing trader. My strategy is to look at long term weekly trends and find the direction of the trend. Then I drop down to daily chart and I see if the daily trend is congruent with weekly trend. The daily trend must have at least two swings in the direction of the trend and must have a strong support or resistant to confirm my entries. I risk 1% or less per trade and my target monthly ROI is 2%.
