lolz.. shame is very harsh for demo winners. But yes demo contests do not base on any serious strategy. Other than that it can also be good for small traders who can be lucky and get small capital for starting a live account.

I am a little late in posting this suggestion.

I think contests r best way to motivate users. I am BIG FAN of contests. Not trading contest but any kind of contest in which everyone can participate.
