moderators and poliice staion
the lack of visible moderators on the section of the forum is not that good it kind of rduces the quality of the forum. the admin should employ moderators and a section should be created for report of spam post.
hmm yea there can be 1 mod. But so far Admin is doing great work. he answers all questions within few hours. So far spam, fake adverts etc is under control.
I partially agree :). It is not kinda urgent but a good suggestion.

A point just came into my mind in favor of this suggestions. Sometimes users make meaningless posts. It is not possible for admin to msg all those users and giving warning. I think a moderator will decrease chances of spam posts.

Usually new users do this type of thing and sometimes make more than 50 posts in one day.
At this time there is almost a 50% chance that new user will not be a spammer. As u can see some new users r really good.

.. I am of the view that with current activity level, admin himself is doing good in removing spam posts and banning users.
