How do you trade the news in forex trading?

I agree completely with the person who mentioned that its difficult to interpret the news - sometimes it moves opposite to you expect - eg: positive USD news could be dollar positive if the USD is seen as a safe opportunity, or it could be a negative against the USD as it could be risk positive - and its very difficult to guess how the market will intepret it.  Best stick to technicals.

News is the main thing from which we can able to understand the market movement and what gonna happen further and if we understand the news properly then we can place the right order at the right time.

Actually affect of news starts 1 to 2 hours before news is actually released. Market moves in favor of news but only for short period of time depending on how many traders r actually trading in support of news.

The bottom line is it is not simple to trade during news hours.

Noted with big thanks. Thank you for sharing. I think news trading is more OK for short term traders.

I agree, and i just want to point out this is due to the forecast.. which i find a little amusing considering how the forecast can be wrong but many trade in favour of the forecast regardless
