yeah they have good email and tel support but I like to retract my previous comment bout chat support that appears when you come into the site. It seems like an autochat.

yaa thats is auto chat when there is no person is availbe to respond you at there night time they are only online for 8 hours daily in GMT time and after that you get a auto response chat from the site

As per appearance the brokers looks good and rather very good. But when it comes to real the broker do not keep its promises and a type of liar.

Have u opened an account with them? If yes then wat abt their spreads and execution. If they r giving "autochat" type feature then I doubt their service.

I had a bad experience with them, especially with the account manager.I have sign up to trade with zulu autotrading and as I want to choose any of my favourite signal provider who is profitable and manage low dd but one of their staff insist me to go ahead with signal provider named forexboys , I insist not to connect with this particular signal provider as this signal provider was having a record of huge DD plus worse trade was more than 500 pips in single trade open but one of their staff insist me to connect with this signal provider, I did as he said and for few days i got green pips but with in a weak all money gone all in red pips. Finally I was just suspec that , that particular signal provider must be that staff's signal he might have insist me so that he will get commission or I may losse trading. I lost all money more than $800
