This pair has already moved more than 5% in only 48 hours this week. . You will see a lot more in coming weeks. I think usd/jpy will easily cross 100 level now. Fundamental plus technical indicators r strongly in support of bullish moves. 

Pair started this week, as expected, with upward move. Pair has touched 98.85 level within 3 hours after market opened. We may see 100 level today.

Pair missed 100 level due to bad u.s data on the last day of this week. I was hoping for 100 level this week and I think most of us were expecting 100 level. Usd/jpy crossed 99.90 level but didnt reach 100 level. All hopes died after bad u.s retail sales data which pulled the pair back. 

Hopefully next week pair will touch 100 level.

Hopes for 100 level are again alive. Usd/jpy has once again resumed its bullish trend. It has already made a dive, which was expected by many experts. Now it is ready to cross 100 unless it continues to surprise.

I think it will show some rangish action again and may not cross 100 level this week. We have not seen any foreign bonds buying from Japan. Unless they start buying foreign bonds, jpy is not going to weaken. Another factor is bad U.S fundamentals which r resisting usd/jpy very strongly.

We should have actively continued this thread. I will now try to fill the gap by writing what we missed here.

1- usd/jpy crossed 100 level with strong bullish move

2- It went above 103.

3- Bearish moves were expected but it continued to consildate between 103 and 103.75

4- Then we saw significant downward move this week. 

Now usd/jpy is trading at 101.28 and I am expecting it to go down further.

Usd/jpy's quick bullish and bearish moves arent over. 

Kuroda has once agained inidcated that BoJ will go for more policy easing. That is why we saw strong bullish trend on friday. So I am expecting bulls next week in response to kuroda's satement.

usd/jpy is ready to make another break through 100 level. It has touched 99.45 level and closed well above 99.00. There is no significant resistance before 100 so I think technically it will most probably cross 100 level next week.

i think that in near future within one week it will touch 111.
