Is forex trading frustrating for beginners?
Initially when I started trading it was a frustrating experience so I would like fellow traders to share their experience as regards starters?

Yes. most of the times it is frustrating. Because success ratio is very low.
Sasha is right. Novice traders enter in trading world with "gonna earn millions within few months" mindset. But when they start loosing, it creates frustration because they have never thought it could happen. For a few days they keep thinking that next day might be the profit-day and if luckily they get profit in a day, their hopes become higher. But they r destined to loss due to gamble strategy and thus all investment is lost in the end.

So did u continue? If yes then why? Usually novice traders leave forex trading after heavy losses and only a few decide to move forward.
As a newbie in Forex if you keep loosing than it will be frustrating for you and you can leave the Forex very quickly.
It is frustrating only if we are not careful with our way and approach towards things. If we are careful with that then we will definitely be able to gain fair bit.
