There is no such thing as breakeven EA or strategy. It is possible that u do breakeven at some point but most of the times, you will be either at loss or profit. It is better to improve strategy to make it profitable than earning money through rebates and breakeven EAs.

I agree. There is no point in finding a breakeven EA. If an EA is capable enough to breakeven that with little effort, it can make profits too.

That is a lot of criticism on someone who is asking for an EA .

Btw, I think someone here on forum told us about a similar EA where that person claimed to make money by rebates. His thread was also criticised as it is not a proper way to make money in forex. Have u ever tried to search for such an EA or strategy?
