And I agree with you totally that the best thing that you'll come up with after losing is learing and knowing where exactly you did wrong so you wont fall in the same mistake again
What if the only mistake you made was misreading the highs/low in the market? i.e. a freak jump/slump in the market which completely breaks the trend :P
(:P im just trying to be difficult)

If this is the happening, then maybe you can pause for a while, take a short break and analyze. If your only mistake is misreading, then maybe your brain cells do not work well. Or your eyes maybe do not function properly. But seriously, you can still point it out when you do some analyzes about what happened.

After losing trades, its a great way to stop for a while in trading .Have a break get some air try to relax and examined or analyzed our mistakes. It is important to know our mistakes and learn thoroughly what happened on our trade that leads to our loss,so that we may not suffer from the same mistakes on our future trading.

The best advice, as others have mentioned, is to take some time away from trading so that you don't make bad decisions (which in the long run will cost you much more than the original loss). Revenge trading usually makes the biggest dent in most trader accounts and should be avoided at all costs. Even if you see another great opportunity in the market but you are still an emotional wreck from a previous and painful loss then you are better off letting the trade go since you are in no position to be trading anyway. Continuing will likely result in you adding to a losing position, doubling the risk of the next trade, and worse ...
Over time you have to just learn how to step off the emotional rollercoaster of trading and realize that losses, like wins, are a part of trading.
The best risk that can ever be taken is none at all.

Depends on frequency and amount of losses, you can either lower ur risk or lower ur trading frequency. Unless loss is exceptional, you dun need to take a break from trading. You just need to avoid overtrading. Incase of exceptional loss, break is needed to think about why this loss occured and what steps can be taken so that it doesnt happen again. You may also need significant changes in ur strategy.

Beginners should always expect "complete blow" of their accounts if they aren't careful. With experience, you manage to tackle in a better way. Now coming to ur question, losses are an essential part of forex. You should always assess your performance on weekly basis. Find reasons of ur loss. Trade with lowest possible risk (i.e. microlot).
If, after all precautionary measures, you have lost a big amount (either in multiple consecutive trades or one trade), you must stop immediately. Market can be very challenging sometimes for you. So it is better to stop and then assess what went wrong. When resuming trade, itis better to trade with longer timeframe than you were trading previously.

Thats why EAs are so popular. They never need a rest because they never feel tired or stressed ;)

EAs have this advantage but it is hard to get a good EA. Moreover you dun really need a 24 hour trading system unless you r scalping or day trading. Professional traders usually prefer to trade manually.
Stick to your rules

After loss in Forex you should take some break from trading and sit cool and try to find out mistakes you are doing in trade. Learn again and make other strategy and plan and then try to make ood trade in future.

Losses should NEVER be taken lightly at all, so we must work towards finding the details of it. I believe most losses play out due to because of wrong broker, so this is where we need to be good and ensure we avoid such mistake.
