No of followers cannot be the only base to rank systems. It will ruin ranking of new systems with excellent performance. I think No of followers can be a factor with minor share in overall ranking calculation.

I think main factors which will affect ranking should be

Average weekly(or monthly) profit
Average weekly (or monthly) Pips
Drawdown
No of Days
Months ending in profits
Capital of signal provider.

The max. DD. in comparatively to the monthly retun like on Zipsignals is a good

For example

A) monthly return 2% and max. DD 1,5%

B) or monthly return 10% and max. DD. 20%

Although A is better than B,most would choose B because the high return 

BUT when u use for A the x5 Lot-Size

u have monthly 10% with just 7,5%

That is why fxstat will need to carefully weight all factors while making an overall ranking. This weighted ranking can be calculated after maybe poll or some research.
