Some traders like to gain 5 to 10 pips per trade with average of more than 15 trades per day. They usually have an SL of around 40 to 50 pips. We call this scalping.

Other trading style can an average of around 1 trade per day with target of maximum pips. using indicator or PA or watever method is used by trader.

I like swing trading. It looks more professional and logical to me.

What do u think?

Most of the traders are of the view that swing trading is requires more pro skills as compared to scalping. I also think the same way.

Trading done for 30 -40 pips is not scalping and it is about intra day trading. I like intra day and position or long term trading as this trading style suits me the best as I am good at it. I do not like scalping .

Good point. 40 to 50 pips is not at all scalping.

I like long term trading.

I prefer the later one which is Intra day trading where the trade can be open for few hours for few number of pips based on our study and analysis and in this chances of making profits are more .

Statistically, traders who opt for a swing trading strategy in the longer term with graphics or four hours daily earn more money as day traders or scalpers.

Swing traders earn more due to very high capital. But good day traders and scalpers also earn nice amount. It depends on the level of trader.

It doesnt matter if it is scalping or swing. It depends on how u analyze market. If u r good in scalping then u may earn than most swing traders.

i am a scalper and i must say that scalping is the best method to make good profit in this field because this strategy always give you best profits in small time and i must say that most of the traders always use it to make some fast profits in this field.
