I'm also expecting nzdusd to go beyond 0.8400 area. Have you already placed trade in nzdusd? I'm still waiting to get it at more better position. Probably a big trade in nzdusd is coming. If RBNZ again start thinking about increasing interest rate which is likely in december then we may get a good trade in NZDUSD,I'm confused about timing when to enter.

Hi Ahsanullah,
The bank of New Zealand have already stated that they are pausing their rate hike cycle, however they expected to start hiking rates early 2015. What we expect from the RBNZ on Wednesday is a statement talking down the currency stating they are unhappy with how high the NZD is, if their commentary is overly dovish or they discuss potentially intervening and taking measures to reduce the strength of the currency we can expect to see a significant NZD sell off. If however they just mention it and the market doesn't feel that the RBNZ are being particularly explicit we’re not likely to see a notable affect on the market, besides a little relief rally and get back some of the losses it’s had over the last few weeks.

I think you're right. Most of the recent data of NZD has been printed negative. Though it has been weakened recently but RBNZ might want to make sure that their economy doesn't get hurt by strong nzd. If fomc conveys dovish comment citing recent weak nfp then that can be a chance for nzd bull fore some time,at present I prefer to remain neutral in nzdusd.
