hi guys, i just recently used FXstat and i can see 2 flaws already...

1. i have fxstats trading bridge to fxopen here:

https://fxopen1.fxstat.com/

but why in the tradebook bridge there, the performers are all different with the ones I can find here?  Also the same login ID can't be used in here while both are fxstat (so i have to login using different email address).

In other words, i can't "COPY" any trader in performances page here, ONLY from my own dashboard at the above URL and all the traders I can copy are very different

2. Whenever I try to autotrade following someone, and change the fixed lot, all of sudden the minimum capital requirement will be changed to 10 times bigger.

For example, if I want to copy Rising Star II, it says minimum capital requirement is about $108. However in the pop up box where we can change the fixed lot from 0.1 to something else, and if I click that one, the minimum capital requirement will be jumping out to $1080. Why is this?

You mean that the performance of providers  shown in tradebook is different from the performance you see on your dashboard? And how much different is it?

no, not just the performance, but the trader names are all different. You wont find zayan scalper there for example, they all are different traders :(

and to be honest, the traders in FXOpen FxStat tradebook are all crappy. Only 2-3 traders there that look profitable and still active. I want an explanation from FXStat regarding this matter. Problem is, I can't login using my account in fxopen1.fxstat.com to the normal domain fxstat.com.  So basically this account "rsg10z" is using xxxxxx@gmail.com and I wasnt able to use the exact same email address for my account in fxopen1.fxstat.com.  I had to use another email address and I also can't login to fxstat.com using my account in that subdomain (fxstat1.fxopen.com). They are treated as 2 different accounts.

Of course this is huge disadvantage for me because I have already funded my account in fxstat1.fxopen.com and I dont want to follow anyone there. I want to follow people that are listed here:

http://www.fxstat.com/en/performances

and not in fxopen1.fxstat.com

*PS: i have actually asked the same question to FxStat. Not sure how will they react. It's just ridiculous that you can only find 2-3 profitable traders in fxopen1.fxstat.com and you even need $1000 or even more as minimum capital requirement to start autotrading with 0.1 lot (and it's written I cant go lower than 0.1 lot)

Just an addition to my above post...

I hope you get the idea. Basically i have two accounts now, one in fxstat.com and another one in fxopen1.fxstat.com Why? Because i cant login using the same username/email address. I HAD to create another account there. While it's never been a problem for me but the problem is the performers listed there and in fxstat.com/en/performances  are all different.

This is a huge disadvantage for me because I can tell you only 2 traders that worth to follow there. I have checked thoroughly and most traders there are not even profitable.

Even when you want to follow the good traders like Rising Star II you need at least $1080 capital requirement (it showed up as $108 at first...but after you add the trader to your portfolio and change the lot size, all of sudden it tells you that you need $1080 to follow even after you change it back to 0.1 lot).

This is absurd. I wonder why FXStat shows different traders in these pages and why they show up "fake" minimum capital requirement before we really follow the specific trader. At this time I can say that im totally disappointed with FXStat because of these 2 flaws...

Good to have you in our comunity.

1- About using the same detail for login: Each branded broker platform has its own database.

No user from FxStat can login to Fxopen.fxstat, varengoldbankfx.fxstat, ads-securities.fxstat or vice versa. if you want to use any of the branded brokers platform you need to have seperate login detail for them. its the same when you open trading account with different brokers. no broker provide you with the same login detail to another broker.

2- about Signal providers. All signal providers in any branded brokers are the same as the one in fxstat.com. accounts on performance search page are not all signal provider. on performance search page http://www.fxstat.com/en/performances there are many traders with real account, and demo accounts. However, to be a signal provider,

you need to pass some requirements such as real account and munimum 3 months consistant profitable track record. the performances you see on fxstat.com are the performances of traders. some of them have real account, some of them have demo or some of them not even verified. however, on the autotrade, you will only see the list that is been passed the requirement, and those list are inside performance page seach of fxstat too.

to find them, you need to search them by performance name and not username.

3- minimum capital requirement is for your own protection and not us. we take the past history of the signal provider using some complex formula to see

what is the best capital you need to have to be able following this traders effectively.

4- if you have bought autotrade credit, and you see the signal providers are not satisfying your need, you can simply request refund.

Please note: We are not a broker and we are not trading in your account. We are a technology and comunity provider which allow you to connect your account using our technology to other traders and simply copy their trades in your account with your own parameters.

Hello buddies.

First question is a misconception. Usually users here think that performance list provided on fxstat is actually signal provider's list. This is not the case actually. These r just published accounts. This question has been asked a couple of times and it was also answered.

If you want to see list of signal providers then you must use "autotrade" filter. When you tick autotrade checkbox, then it will show you the list of signal providers.

Most of the users do not use filters correctly. That is why this issue is raised by a couple of traders. Zayan scalper is not a signal provider so you will not be able to see him in signal provider list.

The 2nd issue about same e-mail for all is also answered by admin. But just to add that it really doesnt matter much if we r using different e-mail ids.

"If you have bought autotrade credit , and you see the signal provider providers are not satisfying you need , you can simply request refund." On what ocassions someone could request a refund? If i'm not satisfied after a month could i request a refund? Is there a time limit?

I have used fxstat autotrade service. I am planning to change to managedbook.

I have to agree with sasha and jogi that sometimes users think that all published accounts r signal providers. Most signal followers know this thing. When I joined tradebook, I did a search on signal providers. I analyzed their statements and made my decision of following around 2 signal providers.

So I think users should do some research work on signal providers before joining.
