Do Yoga, meditation, review your past trades and see where you did bad and why, trade other pairs, extend trading to currencies!

Actually it also depends on our involvement in forex trading. Whether we trade for fun or for living. If for fun then we may not be much serious abt it. But if we have invested a good amount of capital and want to earn good profits then we will not be doing anything during trading except trading.

Forex is not boring for me, I do this for hobby. I feel the excitement in forex trading.

But it may because of I don't have much experience in it. I've read somewhere that for succesful forex traders, forex is boring. But if I got bored, then I just lurking around here or another forums.

There are so many things you can do to make your trading better if is your full time job.

If is not, well, just spend the time to analyse and place the orders. I actually don't see the problem!

I think there is another factor too. If you are scalper or daytrader then most probably most of ur time during trading will be spent in front of ur PC. But if u r a swing trader then maybe u do not spend time watching ur trades.

So actually it depends on ur trading style, use of SL and TP and entering/exiting strategies.

Stick to your rules

I hardly get bored when I know my money working but the music helps if I find myself.
