Unfortunately, I have a day job, so I guess I spend most of my time working while my trades are working or dying.
When I'm actively trading, I mean actrually checking the charts and placing orders, that's all I do. I don't want to be distracted at that time.
your trading software allows you to chat? Or just on the browser?
If you have set the TP's and SL's for your trade, you don't have to keep on watching your trades.

some platform have feature to chat, just like Streamster or etoro platform, but personally I prefer MT4....MT4 doesnt have chat feature but have many good feature than others.
Sometime we need to watch our order, eventhouugh it already have TP-SL......coz sometime price just turning back.

Logically u r right that once we set TP and SL, why we need to look at it continuously. I normally listen to light music while trading. I constantly keep an eye over my chart movements. I usually set TP and SL but there are reasons of watching it continuously. First is that maybe I enter into another trade if I get a signal of entry. Second thing is that I use trailing SL. So even if I do not enter into a trade, trailing SL usage requires you to keep an eye on ur trade.

so I guess while we trade, we should wait M5 to form the momment,,,and then ready to trade.
yeah that's true. But I am used to watching how the trade goes and the movement of charts of a pair. I'm looking how it swings.
