Share your first ever forex trade or your best ever trade here. Well mine first ever forex trade was a profit with leverage of 400:1. I opened the trade with $10 (my heart was beating like [dead]). It wasnt because of $10, but because of the unpredictable result. After that trade I was motivated to take risks. However with the passage of time, I have learnt that you should choose medium risk to avoid high losses which I often face in forex.

Congrats on your profitable trade. My experience was bad when I started forex trading. I think I lost my first trade (not sure though).

I started with demo account and first trade on demo was huge profit. 400:1 leverage and demo investment was $5000. When I closed the trade, the total amount was nearly $32000 It was eur/usd.

After some demo trading, I opened real account. First trade again was a profit. I opened trade with $50 with leverage 200:1 and got around $15 profit. I have mixed experience of trading.

My first trade was with fxcm, I opened a postion of 10,000$. I confess, I had a heart that beats wildly, because of fear I closed this trade losing 20$ :( just before the course begins to move in my favor [frown]

Well in this case I would say that it was bad luck as you closed your trade in a loss and then after that markets moved in the direction of your performed trade and in your case it was fear that took over and due to fear factor you had to close your trade earlier.

were you using high leverage? if yes then maybe it was a right decision coz u dunno where the market will go. But if u were using low leverage then I think u should have waited coz percentage loss in case of low leverage would have been much less.

My best trade was a high leverage do-or-die situation trade[grin]. It was when I started trading and I started loosing my money rapidly (it was a $200 account). I was using high leverage in order to earn high amount. I openned every trade with $10 or $25. After about 4 days, I had $50 remaining in my account. I set my leverage to 400:1 (max of my broker) and entered with all $50. I set TP to 50 pips and closed the trading software. Unbelievably my trade hit the TP on the previous day[grin].

My first forex trade know this, I lose all my capital used in trade $ 100.it is very foolish. without having to trade skills, I simply open a realtrading. and in a short time my money runs out. I can make the experience, to be able to remember how cruel this forex trading

That is interesting. things like this happen but very rare. I wish that such things happen with me frequently.[grin].

Well it does happen and in the beginning the traders open their trades before doing proper study and analysis and also they are confused but you should not repeat the mistake and before you trade you should observe and study the markets and then perform your trades.
