Poor support.....

Hi,

 

I emailed support two weeks ago with a question regarding my deposit. I deposited $25.00 in my account, but don't see any EAs that qualify to be traded, so I really just want to close my account and have my deposit returned to me.

I see that I need a minimum of $50 in my account in order to be able to complete a withdrawal. That's kinda odd of course. I could deposit another $25 in my account and then withdraw the $50, but that just does not seem right.

Up until this day, I have not received a response. So perhaps someone here can help me?

There are three methods to contact support. If there is no reply to your e-mail, you can start live chat with fxstat representative. Also check if you have sent mail to the right address.

mmm I think I saw live chat link but now it is not there. It was on contact us page.

Maybe they can have a live chat with you if u send them an e-mail request for live chat.

I agree with that, support is very bad. For several times I sent email, or tried to contact by chat, but no return.

Could you please let us know what is the issue you have which you have not received reply from us.

As a auto trade service users, traders have higher priority than other traders in social network. However, we respond to all questions accordingly.

 

Raj4X - Did you send any email to us regarding your request?

If you have not, you should have sent us a mail with your request. our finance team check all payments once a day and proceed with them accordingly. Also, as we can see, you have never connected your trading account to your Autotrade platform. As you have requested here, your amount is been refunded.

Hello raj4x.. I am using fxstat autotrading services and I am an old member of fxstat. I have e-mailed different questions to their support and always got a reply.

Sometimes I get an answer on forum. I prefer asking question on forum as all traders here can give u advice. Admin himself posts reply here so all other users facing same problem can solve it. It was a good decision to post ur problem here.

There is a possibility as champ said in his post that u need to check if u have written right e-mail id. 

Queries which r already answered in faqs or on forums are not answered by support, I think.

Well there are some rules regarding the withdrawal and also as far as support is concernd may be you should check if the email you sent was right and just resend it again to right email address or you can try to contact live support as well .

I like fxstat live chat feature the most. Even big competitors of fxstat do not provide this service.
