Performance is good. Drawdown is average but keeping in mind the monthly profit, this performance is better than most. But I think system needs optimization and tight risk management. Oct-2012 shows that u won 65% of the trades but lost more than 15%.

Your post is quite confusing. When I read it, I got confused by reading won 65% and lost 15% then wats bad in it. I went to performance and then got ur point.
You r actually saying that this system won 65% of the trades but lost 15% of the money in oct-2012. It is not actually 15% loosing trades but 15% loss of money. :)
