Performance of this EA has been good so far but historical data is only of 3 months which is not enough to measure reliability of a system.

I have visisted ur website and it says a jfjmonthly fee so it is more like a signal service.

Unfortunately, we do not provide the free trial for this EA.
In my opinion, if the ea is running at the back end then it's not a signal services. The pricing is not important in this case.

Yes, that is correct if EA is running then it would be an EA.
Is this ur first EA or have u released EAs in the past?

We are developers of Hyper EA and Hyper EA Pro as well:
Hyper EA and hyper pro EA performed well in in the start.
From 2012 onwards, hyper EA is still in loss zone. All profits made were in 2011.
Similarly hyper pro EA performed good in first 6 months but overall performance is not very good. In 16 months, it has made around 30% which means 1.87% aprox per month.
That is why even though nami forex is performing very good but would like to see consistency in performance for more than 1 year.

We have released a new version of Hyper EA: http://www.myfxbook.com/members/eforextrading/hyper-ea-24/520963. Yes, only 3.5 % of profit, but dd is less than 2%.

Also it had only 1 negative month during 13 months of trading and had dd less than 10%. Profit is important, but dd is important as well. I can say that its performance not worse than performance of other commercial expert advisors (at least, not all of them). Plus, Hyper EA Pro is available for free.

That's good.
Another positive thing about ur EAs isthat u r updating them from time to time. Even though it has decreased the risk (as can be seen by lower DD so far) but it has also decreased their profitability as compared to what they were making in the start. Hopefully further updates will increase profit percentage.
