Suggestion Section name change to Comments and Suggestions

Usually I post in general forum if I want to comment on fxstat service and updates. But I think forums usually make make comments and suggestion section for this purpose. 

My suggestion is to make Suggestion section as "Comments and Suggestions" section so that users can also comment on fxstat updates.

I think we give our coments when a suggestion is solved. But I agree that this section can be renamed to comments and suggestions.

Users currently give comments on blog where update is announced or in suggestion thread when it is completed.

But I am also in support of this suggestion.
