Which country are you in?
It seems strange that Europe isn't included when The UK is becoming more controlled by Europe.
One thing though, the more people that can enter a competition, the less chance you have of winning.

Maybe next year they include more European countries. But I think it is due to different regulatory laws abt forex. It might be possible to include all europe if they had one common regulatory body which is not possible.

It seems like their priority is european traders...
I read on one comment I've seen on a site, the broker seems to be a racist because they don't run promotions on other countries such as that of Asians...
But well, it's always their own promotion and have nothing against that but I hope they also consider extending promotions with Asians as well.

FXCM are not racist. Besides, the recent CNBC competiton is run by CNBC, FXCM sponsor it. Granted, that means that they have something to do with it, but CNBC set the rules.
If you think FXCM are racist and don't offer non-Europeans opportunities, their MONTHLY 'King of the Micro' competition ($40,000 USD of prizes)is currently dominated by Asia.
Look at the top 10 for this month's competition and tell me that it's racist: http://forexforums.dailyfx.com/king-micro-trading-contest/422842-weekly-update-septembers-kom-contest.html

Hey Lee.. Well sorry it's not about contests that I mean promotions. I used thr wrong word but the bonus..
And don't worry I don't think it's racist, I said I just saw on some some comments; not necessarily my own personal opinion.
As I have said, it's always their own promotion and have nothing against that but I hope they also consider extending promotions with Asians as well.
Or should I say bonuses and freebies...

Its not only FXCM. Almost all companies want to attract Top economies first where they can get some high value customers. In Asia they will have to spend a lot on different things in order to get some customers. Why would they setup such campaigns in third world countries when they still have an option to go to other stronger economies. Maybe they will move here after covering Europe.
So there is nothing wrong if they want to earn profit. Its the prime objective of a business.

I think u r from one of Asian countries. Coz in some countries they do not support live chat option. This was told to me by one of my friend that he was also facing the same problem. So he asked their support through mail and received the reply that ISPs of his country are not yet compatible with their live support.
Can anyone tell if ISPs has to do anything with live support?
