There are ways in which you can make regular profits without having risk of heart attack.

1. Breakout system is one way which you can trade without too much stress. In this system you should identify the tight trading ranges and you just wait until the price moves outside of this range and trade on this direction.

2. Trade for a long term due to this you have much time to watch Forex and you should adjust your SL time to time as required.

3. Avoid scalping. No doubt scalping give you lot of profit with in short time but as well as you can get huge loss in short time.

4. The last way you can use to eliminate stress which is your own trading robot. who places trades for you. but this is not for everyone due to high cost.

So If you have any idea about how to reduce stress in forex trading, you may discuss..

Last two points r almost invalid as long as reduction in stress is concerned. Neither scalping nor EAs can reduce stress but they can speedup ur loss if u r not a Pro. If u r a pro then u r already Stress-free :D.

Point 1 - If u have good understanding of breakout strategy and can successfully use it to at least breakeven then good. The breakout strategy u wrote is the breakout strategy concept. To make a full strategy u need to add a few more elements to make it successfull.

Point 2 - Yes that is what all beginners should do. longterm trading + tight SL (not extra tight).

Songs really make u feel "caaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaallllllllllllm" [grin].. Can u imagine that most of the students feel it necessary to turn on musing during homework or learning. They consider music a comfortable environment.

It looks like u r not much into music and songs. That is why u consider them attention-diverters.

EAs r really good in a sense that they have all things which r essential to be a pro. For example -> discipline. patience, accuracy and etc. The only thing that lack is artificial intelligence.

Professional attitude is best in reducing stress. Coz whenever u loose, u r stressed. With professional attitude u can get over it quickly.

A big factor which causes stress is fear of loss. Usually traders invest a big portion of their savings and in some cases all of their savings. After spending most of their savings, it is very hard for them to remain calm. The result is panic in attitude and then loss.

Exactly and the interesting thing is they ignore "Invest which u can afford to loose" statement. They treat this statement as we treat terms and conditions while making online accounts.

Unfortunately this attitude cannot be stopped unless person himself experiences loss.

hmm yes I agree that nowadays songs and music is considered compulsory while doing something. But I consider it something which distracts. During trading, u may want to hear very light music but pop songs will definitely divert ur attention.

The easiest way I have learned to handle or even reduce risk is through following the trend and standing stall in difficult situation. I mostly prefer using indicators like MA and SAR which are superb and helps with following the trend. It’s easier with broker like OctaFX who have epic cTrader platform that’s advance and highly upgraded with having latest technology in place which really helps with using indicators and keeping risk at bay and then eventually we are able to gain profits.
