This is a good explanation. where all customers will be able tounderstand the rules and can file a complaint in accordance with the rules. I hope, to the fore the customer can trade comfortably and safely without having any one disorder. thanks for the explanation

Well many brokers provide Live chat services , I think you are not aware of the same.

few week back i send them a mail about the problem that i was facing while adding a account and they get back within 24 hours that's a reasonable time for support.

Well fxstat have good support i personally chat online with them and they are really very supportive and helping us and you have to wait for some time if you mailed them because you are not the only one to whom they have to respond . Kindly keep some patients.

I agree. I am an old user and I am satisfied with fxstat support team. The best thing that other competitors of fxstat do not offer is Live chat support feature.

You should have to keep some patients as they also have to reply their other clients and then its their duty to reply you so don't worry about it just wait for some period of time.
