NOTE:- Only recomended for traders with good experience.

Settings

Timeframe = 4hr
Currency Pair = Any (Majors Preferred)
Indicators = EMA 5, MACD(12, 26, 9), SMA 15, SMA 100, SMA 200

Check following before entering trade.

- Do not enter if Price near to 100 or 200 SMA (Price should be at least 25 to 30 pips away).
- Use SL according to Support and resistance levels.
- Wait for the current candle to close so that u do not loose if signal is fake.

System

 If price crosses 100 or 200 SMA then enter trade in the direction of trend.

If price is significantly in the boundries of 100 and 200 SMA then check if:-

- 5 EMA crosses 15 SMA
- Crossing in MACD lines (maybe a little delay or a little earlier)

If both met then enter.

Profit Target

- Trailing SL is best to get maximized profit if u dont have any other way.

or
- exit if opposite signal is shown

This system is definitely not for novice traders.

One more thing which u forgot to mention is ur settings is change chart type to candlestick. It is rare to see price crossing 100 or 200 SMA but if it crosses for some time then we can expect it to move in that direction for long time.

Looks to be a good system. EMA crossing over SMA is another rare thing not seen in other systems. 25 to 30 pips within boundries on 100 and 200 SMA will happen rarely.

This system looks really good. Will try it out. I read somewhere about 100 and 200 SMA crossing too. Trading when price crosses these SMAs yeild good results

Stick to your rules

Yes. It is true in most cases. Crossing 100SMA and 200SMA means price is ready to move in a direction. But there r many other factors to consider. We cannot rely only on SMAs.

I dun understand how many pips = significant? Does it mean that price has not touched the boundry for some time?

This is the reason why PA traders r considered more profitable. There will be many indicators on chart and we will be looking for different indicators to give specific signals and then enter trade. In PA we just see movement, trend, past data on naked chart and then decide. But it definitely requires chart reading skills.

I have an important question.

This was supposed to be a fibonacci system. Where is fibonacci in it?

[erm][erm] Wow. I was also thinking the same when reading indicator list. Where is fib :D. I think sasha wanted to share fib strategy but somehow wrote some other strategy.

This is a very powerful system and can benefit us big time, but we just need to make sure we use it all wisely in order to gain from. I am very careful with these things, as I believe random using of any system might not work in our favor. It’s easier and better that we first test it out. This is exactly what I do with help of OctaFX and with their demo contest like cTrader and Champion which got huge prizes to be won as well.
