Data time stamping

Hello Peoples,

I would like confirmation as to what time reference is used for your published EA robot performances, as such is not obvious in data listings, and such should be presented in UTC.

I also observe that FxStat still uses GMT as a reference? I find this somewhat strange as GMT ceased to be a World Time Reference as far back as 1967... that's fifty years ago!!!

It is potentially confusing as to which time reference is quoted - as "GMT" and "gmt" have different meanings; and may easily be misrepresented by case error. Sure, for ~5 months per year they are temporally identical... but for the remaining ~7 months there is a one hour time difference.

There is ONLY one legitimate defined World Time Reference i.e. UTC to which one may then apply a +/- variance in hours and minutes.
