User levels to avoid spam

As we can see that spam activity has increase which may harm newbies. Especially some scammers who provide their e-mail id or any personal contact id can be really dangerous for beginners.
To avoid this, a limit of minimum posts required to post any link (outside fxstat) may be a good idea. For example only those users with at least 100 posts can post an outside link. They must be allowed to post performance page links and any link within fxstat.
So a user with at least 100 posts will be considered as senior member and will be allowed to post links as we will then expect him to post only educational links and links to some usefull articles outside of fxstat.

Yes. Some forums actually do this because it automatically stops a lot of spam.
I agree with this suggestion.

@Batool22 --> You have just spammed a suggestion which is supposed to stop spam :D. But time of posts tells that you have mistakenly done it by clicking "Publish" button 3 times.

I agree with suggestion. Even though spammers will find other ways but at least this suggestion will reduce spam.
