Even though there r 3 indicators involved, this strategy is pretty simple

Indicators =

RSI (14, 70, 30)
Full Stoch (14,3,3)
100EMA (close)

Timeframe = 4 hours

Buy rule

Buy when all of the following conditions are met

When RSI crosses above 30.
When Stochastic Crosses above 20.
When candle crosses above 100 EMA.

Sell rules

Sell when all of the following conditions are met

When RSI crosses below 30.
When Stochastic crosses below 20.
When candle crosses below 100 EMA.

Exit Rules

When trend changes or when opposite signal arrives. Use trailing SL.

Thx for sharing. I will try it out and share results with you guys. I will also try to make an EA of this system. If made, backtesting would be very easy.

I wonder why no one has noticed a BIG mistake in this system.

A novice will easily be making "huge" losses if he is following the above system. You r giving sell indication on 30 level of RSI and 20 Level of Stoch. Are u serious?[grin]

They must be like 80 for stoch and 70 for RSI. Am i right?

Correct. I think jogi just wrote buy rules and copied them under sell rules and then replaced "above" with "below".

Congrats.... Account - Blowing strategy is ready :D

I think post can be edited so edit it jogi before some newbie actually tries it on real account.

Do we need to wait for "candle close" above 100 EMA or just "candle cross" above 100 EMA?

Usually in similar strategy, I have seen traders using candle close above or below certain level to test to check if price will move up or down.

That is a good point. I agree with you that usually close prices are taken (not always though).

@jogi --> You have made too many mistakes while writing this strategy. I hope no one tested it as it would have produced horrible results.
