I am new to forex trading, so I might be wrong about the following!!
I am wondering how is it that the markets can be moving on Sunday evening --(since it is opened then according to the Austrilian time)-- but at the same time the trading is not actually opened yet!! It is still a Sunday!!
So if had an open trade with a certain stoploss it can reach that point on a sunday due to the market movement !! but the market is closed!
Could it happen?
Can you share some thoughts about this please...
I'm confused!!!

It is due to timezone difference. It may be Sunday at your place and may not be sunday at another place. When Markets open in Australia, it's Monday there.

If you plan to do a long trade over the weekend beware, as Abu has mentioned because of the gap you can potentially earn a lot OR lose a lot a soon as the markets open

Gaps happen because financial and economic events do not stop during weekend. Forex trading is totally stopped during weekend. Due to economic and financial events, price adjusts itself during weekends and on Monday it is reflected in the form of gap.
