One of the auto traders told me that live chat feature is available if you r a signal follower. Maybe in future we will have this feature here.

Usually forums have ticket system or e-mail support system. We have it here.

Yea. I havnt seen live support feature in a forum. Fxstat is providing live chat feature on their autotrading service. ( I am using its autotrading service).

Most of the times problems are about integrating your account here. Actually people do not follow what is given in video. There were some genuine problems too. Live chat is a good option for such genuine problems. I support this idea.

Live chat feature is already available in FxStat. For adding accounts, you just need to follow the video or userguide. Unfortunatly many traders doesn't like to read or follow the user guide.
