I prefer that the first 20th get a price and that the Traders don't use any Ea's

It isn't fair for the Traders i think .... no?

These demo contests are nonsense because they are not at all similar to real trading.

Demo conditions are not similar to real. But practice on demo improves trading skills. Demo contests, offered by different websites, r marketing strategy for company and motivational factor for small traders.

But demo contests are not won by 'realistic trading' so they are of no help at all.  The winners make 10000% per month + which is very unlikely when trading with real money.

Yes. These contests can only be won by insanely high lot size and luck. But some skills r also involved. There is usually minimum lots traded and other requirements. 

Actually in these competitions traders know that they have to trade with maximum risk if they want to win. So strategy is same to real trading but only lot size and trade frequency is increased.

This is kinda discussion and not a suggestion. Some offer prize to top 100 too and some offer to top 10. So it all depends on company itself.

Demo trading prizes are just an appreciation for small traders. Many brokers and other companies related to forex business are offering demo and live trading rewards. So it really doesnt matter if they r giving it to top 10 or 20 coz u can participate in many contests at one time.

A few brokers arrange live account competitions. But no place for beginners in winner list [grin].

I think the live account winners are the guys you need to keep an eye on their trading strategy.  Its a shame demo is played as a game rather than seriously.
