.. or at least keep them in a dedicated section.  They really fill the performance rankings with hundreds of obsolete accounts. Only few of them are still active!

And also the main reason is that you don't really care about account no more updated. This mean that the owner either has lost everything or is not interested in updating the account anymore. We should keep only the "fresh" accounts!!

Actually I was just about to post a problem here but I can't find the right section to post. I think you must reaaly support my suggestion for a subforum (or section) for FXstat "http://www.fxstat.com/en/forum/showpost/28-suggestion_box/2756-What_About_Subforum_for_FXstat_site__" hehe...

 

Anyways regarding this, I also wonder why my portfolio isn't updating. Should I really have to open my MT4 all the time. Perhaps FXstat can store the balance and if the balance decrease or increase, my portfolio should be updated. For some reasons I don't know why it doesn't...

Accounts are only updated if you have your mt4 openned. Autotrading doesnt need mt4 to be open all the time. But to update your account balance, you need to open mt4

megrawab, are you updating via the bridge or the MT4 publisher?

I think it's with the bridge. When I open my MT4, a layer appears with the countdown of FXStat on it so I wonder why it's not working.

Yes it's a suggestion section already but what about on questions, help, and troubleshooting, they're not suitable in suggestion.. :)
