I believe adding FxStat to Wikipedia would be a good idea. Although its a bit hardy idea, but it would definately worth a shot. Some references and a neutral point of view should be important.

Let's see some examples:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FxPro

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oanda_Corporation

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/EToro

Maybe FxStat is not big enough yet to be posted on Wikipedia, but if its succeed its surely gets a better reputation.

Keep it simple stupid

is it illegal by rule?

A7. No indication of importance (individuals, animals, organizations, web content).

if it about A7 rule (web content), why we can still read 'Facebook' article in Wikipedia?

ooh... there are multiple reasons why it has been deleted. Another reason is that it appears to be promoting the site.

I think Fxstat should create another one because wikipedia is a big source of information about everything and it appears really high on search engine rankings.

The above links provided have page on wikipedia and these are not deleted. But it is written that they are not compatible with wikipedia standards and people should help in changing the page.

I am still confused why those pages are not deleted? Is it bcoz they were advertised but to some extent and maybe a little improvement in them can make them compatible? or maybe bcoz they are very old websites and very well known?

I think even if a company is big or small, wikipedia still accepts it as long as it is informative. And I think wikipedia would be glad to increase their database with information on lots of things. I wonder why FXstat is still in Beta since I've seen posts on forums that are posted on 2010. What I notice about Beta stage is that they will become not beta in few times. With the current status of FXstat, does beta means under testing and development?

But beta stage cannot be a problem to make page on wikipedia. The reason of deletion is actually advertisement and promotional content. Moreover fxstat is on beta coz there are still updates coming to improve the website as u can see some "In work" suggestions. Similarly there might be some more updates for it.

Maybe fxstat team can give another try to make page on wikipedia.

okay maybe you're right... but I'm not telling that fxstat's wikipedia page is deleted because it is still in beta. I'm just trying to relate that FXstat is not that very big yet  with it's being in beta stage. [grin]

I searched over google about wikipage of fxstat. I found one. The current page is still not removed. wikipedia has asked independent users to review the page. I think this time the page looks more informational and helpful.
