Should I burn my money instead of giving it to stop bots?

No, I haven't used an EA before. I'm considering creating one using FXCM's Trading Station strategy and backtest tools.

I am sure it will make some difference :).

Hi Jogi,

No, I haven't stopped trading. Every month 2012 has been a looser. However, in 2011 I lost on average 304 pips per month. Now it's less than 100 per month. I see that as an improvement, and until an hour ago, I was in profit for March.

The market teases. Should have walked away earlier today with profit.

I've checked my statement and got these stats for 2012: Jan -67 PIPs; Feb -40 PIPs; March to date -48 PIPs

Until about 2pm today, March was in profit, but I got on the wrong side again. I think it has to be said, those figures are much better than -300 PIPs p/month I was turning out last year.

There are many fake signals and traps in the markets which the traders must be careful of and they should be cautious and trade with proper analysis and study and not fall in any kind of trap.

The truth is that the main cause of this result comes from the brain of traders! and not because the broker is playing against his clients!

I've stopped trading on the real account now.

I'm testing a strategy on a demo account: http://www.fxstat.com/performances/view/HD_H4-10922

3 open trades with +728.2 PIPs combined. I'm not trading too many lots, as I want to keep it realistic to my own account.

In manual back testing on seven pairs, only 1 pair had a losing year (Jan - Dec 2010). All the others were profitable.

Nice results on demo. Too few trades so far but good results. Will u go with fewer pairs or many pairs like u have traded on Micros.
