What is a pair?

By pair we mean that the value of two pairs can never be equal, which is never possible and cannot be expected. Just as the value of the euro at the moment can never be equal to the value of the US dollar. At the same time, the value of the yen will never be equal or will never be the same, because the financial condition of each country continues to improve / deteriorate at every moment.
