Alot of guys out there have enquires on how to draw a proper fibonacci in forex trading.

Whether they are drawing in the right direction?

And how do they know that the fibonacci is drawn correctly?

This video will show you how to go about it.

(I apologise for the poor resolution quality which i had set wrongly, the next video will be better!)

Understand it to some extent. I have seen a few fib videos. I am also of the view that it is very powerful indicator but I still dont understand its working. Maybe I need a lot more practice.

Thankyou for sharing.

BTW there was a macd indicator working too. I think it is a good mix of indicators. It is not explained but using both indicators at once to enter or exit is a good idea.

Stick to your rules

Fibonnaci is a good indicator to me. Especially 50 % and 61% work like magic. However the art of fibonnaci lies in selecting proper top or bottom to draw the levels of fibonnaci. I use fibonnaci in addition to other indicators

This is the shortest article by AFM :D. But the good thing is that it has video explanation which is much better than text. Short but effective description on fibo for newbies and intermediate level traders.

Yes, now at least I know how to draw fibonacci correctly. But I dun think it is this simple to use fibo indicator. It is one of complex indicators I think.

Fibo is simple once u understand it. The difficult thing is to draw and then conclude. It is always recomended to use more than 1 indicator in technical analysis to improve chances of success.

Investors believe that the Fibonacci dealing methods perform by means of styles. No one may actually be able to describe this trend that is noticed not only in the organic globe but in the dealing globe as well and it does really occur. However, traders generate income more if they use such methods because they are able to reduce the danger that they are getting.
