All this forex trading process, nowadays, starts with searching for an investment opportunity. This searching process starts because of shortage of money and a dream to become rich.

When u r short on money then it is unwise to invest in this risky business. This ia a BIG MISTAKE made by almost all beginners. One big factor which drives them to do so is Get-Rich-Quick EAs and dreamy words of brokers.

Good point. Beginners r usually trapped into such scam offers. It is mainly coz they want to turn their small amount of cash into unlimited source of income.

Correct. It is not only the mistake when they start trading but it is also due to lack of experience in this field. With the time, they get to know new things and then they realise that what they did was a mistake. So it is always advised to newbies to think before take any step.

I think u have picked ur words very carefully and used soft words [grin]. Maybe instead of "searching for an investment opportunity", u wanted to say "searching for holy grail" or maybe "searching for hidden treasure". In ur next sentence u have a phrase about this dream.

It is the reality. Actually most of the beginners r desperate to earn money coz they dun have any other source of income. So they want to grab whatever they can. Their thinking ability becomes almost equal to zero. What can we expect from "no-thinkers".

Stick to your rules

[grin] Yes that is correct. But I wonder why authorities do not take action against this scamming. It is same as if someone in real life is fraudulent. If some legitimate business is found to be involved in fraudulent activities online, it will be sealed and every possible action will be taken against it. But a scam business which is 100% fraudulent is free to do business.

You talk about scammers. Authorities r unable to take action against bigger internet crimes. There is very long list of it. I am sure u know many of those.

hmmm yes. Maybe u r talking about pirated things (softwares, movies etc). But those crimes r against bigger companies and those companies can take care of them by themselves. But here crime is against small investors. It is like every drop of blood is sucked from poors. In recent past, action was taken against some file uploading companies and I am sure some big guys were behind this action. So if action can be taken against those then why not against forex scammers?

I think action is taken against scammers but only when scammers r from usa or some european country. Mostly scammers r from third world countries and that is why no action is taken against them.

Big risk in small lot size is the biggest mistake of every broker and many of them are loosing just because of this only so better to trade according to market conditions and follow the market news properly.

Big risk in small lot size????

Biggest mistake of every "broker"????

I dun understand both of these statements. If lot size is small then how the risk can be big? And irrespective of lot size how a broker is loosing int his scenario?

I totally agree with you. Beginners do this type of mistake and they loss their money. Before investing, it is necessary to know how to invest, when to invest etc.
