new account status OFF ( FIRST TIME USER)

hi there

I have loaded the fx stat bridge to my mt4 chart with success and have traded in the last 24 hours.

under that account no on my portfolio postions page there is no record showing .

i have refreshed no luck

status at the bottom shows OFF

ANY ONE HAD A SIMILIAR PROBLEM AND RESOLVED IT?
